1. Booking and Confirmation
As a premier Uganda tour operator, your adventure is confirmed once KELIRA TRAVEL & TOURS COMPANY LIMITED receives payment and issues a confirmation. By paying, you accept these terms for your Uganda tours.
2. Payments
All transactions for our Uganda safaris must use our official channels. Provide accurate details for travelers, dates, and Entebbe airport transfers requirements.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation within 24 hours: Full refund minus non-refundable third-party costs. No 15% fee applies.
Cancellation after 24 hours: Eligible for a refund subject to a 15% administrative fee. The remaining 85% (less third-party costs like gorilla trekking Uganda permits) will be returned.
4. Changes to Bookings
Notify this Kampala travel company immediately to modify itineraries across Uganda national parks. Changes depend on availability and supplier fees.
5. Travel Documents
You are responsible for valid ID and permits required for gorilla trekking Uganda and other specialized activities.
6. Wildlife and Outdoor Activities
Our Uganda tours traverse wild environments. Please follow guides in Uganda national parks carefully; wildlife viewing is natural and not guaranteed.
7. Health and Fitness
Inform us of mobility or dietary needs before your Uganda safaris so we can prepare your journey.
8. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances
Schedules may shift due to weather or road conditions. KELIRA TRAVEL & TOURS COMPANY LIMITED will strive to maintain your itinerary despite external factors.
9. Customer Responsibility
Respect local Ugandan communities and wildlife. You are responsible for your personal belongings during all Entebbe airport transfers and park visits.
10. Company Changes
If we must adjust your itinerary, this Uganda tour operator will provide suitable alternatives.
11. Agreement
Payment constitutes full acceptance of these terms, including the 15% fee for cancellations made after 24 hours.
