General Terms

At KELIRA TRAVEL & TOURS COMPANY LIMITED, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation terms are designed to be fair to both our travelers and our local partners and lodge providers in Uganda and East Africa.

Safari & Tour Cancellations

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Please note that special permits, such as Gorilla trekking and Chimpanzee tracking permits, are often non-refundable as per the Uganda Wildlife Authority regulations.

Refund Schedule

Refund amounts typically vary based on the notice period provided before the safari start date. Specific details regarding percentages and timelines will be provided at the time of booking your customized package.
